Insider Dusk Golem is back with more exciting Resident Evil news, reporting that Capcom is planning to invest even more heavily in its iconic survival horror franchise. According to the insider, that investment begins with Resident Evil Requiem, which is expected to receive extensive post-launch downloadable content (DLC), and will continue with future entries in the Resident Evil series.

Dusk Golem’s track record speaks volumes when it comes to Resident Evil and has been proven more right than wrong. Capcom has found a formula that is working for its beloved franchise and continues to stoke excitement among its fan base announcing the next installment remake [Resident Evil Veronica] which is scheduled to release in 2027. Dusk Golem also states the Resident Evil Requiem DLC may launch sometime after the release of Resident Evil Veronica.
